Our trip was perfect, including our guide in Quito. Everything went very smoothly with transportation to and from the airport, lovely hotel and our Quito tour.

Once we arrived on San Cristobal, our naturalist Jorge was able to point out the university April may attend in 2023. Jorge was the Governor of the Galapagos Islands for 8 years. Our other naturalist, Fernando, lives next to the university. Both men have given April their emails and will do anything they can to help her if she goes.

The 10-cabin luxury vessel and excursions were perfect. We met many very nice travelers. I was the oldest traveler on board and April was the youngest. We both did all the activities. I was usually the last one out of the water and back on the zodiac.

On our last day there, April and I were walking the beach across the street from the university. She spotted a sea Lion with plastic around its neck. We alerted Jorge and he removed it.

Once again, thank you for all you did for us. I’m definitely recommending you to anyone thinking of traveling to the Galápagos Islands.
